We are the fastest-growing social app in the Nordics, and 10% of all women in Sweden are now GoFrendly members. We’re recruiting a CRO Manager to join our team and be a part of our scale-up journey.

 

CRO Manager

You will work both operationally and strategically to drive conversion and actions based on insights and ongoing learning. Work with optimization of existing digital marketing channels and with the development of new channels / formats. You are responsible for all initiatives related to conversion optimization.

You will continuously perform analyzes and optimize campaigns and user flows using a data-driven approach. Based on analysis, you continuously share insights and trends. You like to take on new methods and techniques, you are constantly updated on new methods in analysis, data-driven techniques and growth.

Your tasks will be of a varying nature and the emphasis will be on optimizing and increasing the conversion by:

° A/B testing, analysis, evaluation and planning to create a better experience and a higher conversion rate
° Continuously analyze the performance of the conversion and user behavior, identify development areas, categories and segments with opportunities
° Analyze the results of tests and present results and effects
° Good rhetorical knowledge of the ability to simplify complex data
° Responsible for campaigns to increase new customer acquisitions (plan, implement, evaluate) Both always on and based on season, theme, product launch
° Own the CRO strategy
° Experience of working with conversion optimization and digital growth. You should have a commercial background with at least 3-5 years of work experience
° Responsible for SEO and digital analysis
° Analyze and further develop the digital customer journey together with marketing and sales and product
° Lead various campaigns within SEM and run SEO initiatives
° Understand our customer segments and understand their needs, where they are and how we best reach them
° Growth initiatives – be involved in various prioritized growth initiatives (eg geographical, demographic, segment)
